The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful heated pool home in Bradenton, Florida! This stunning vacation rental is the perfect escape for those seeking relaxation and sunshine.

The spacious and airy living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating and natural light, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, with modern appliances and ample counter space.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms each have comfortable queen-size and twin beds. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished with high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Step outside onto the screened lanai and you'll find the highlight of the home: the sparkling private pool! Relax on a poolside lounger with a refreshing drink or take a dip in the cool water to beat the Florida heat. Open floor plan with great natural light and ample amenities! Every room has a smart TV with NETFLIX INCLUDED. For the beach lovers we have beach chairs, umbrella's, coolers and towels .

The home is professionally cleaned after each guest departs so you can be rest assured you will be walking into a freshly cleaned home.

Pool is kept at 82 degrees if you prefer it warmer, a $25 per day fee will apply. The maximum temperature of the pool is 90°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, Please note that during the winter the water may not heat up to its full capacity if there are extended sudden drops in temperature (which is rare) , therefore there will be no reimbursement due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
