Great location but...
You basically have to clean the place yourself and are still charged a large cleaning fee. They did not inform me that I was to wash all of my own dishes, take out all of the trash, and strip the bed linens in the property description (It's posted on the fridge). Because you are responsible for cleaning all of the dishes, utensils, and cookery...All were dirty. Many plates and utensils had food stuck on them. The bathroom wasn't clean and the closet door wasn't affixed to the closet. Also, I arrived late to the property. There were no outdoor lights on and I ended up falling and busting my knee. I contacted the property people and the next night, lights were on. Also, the people renting the front end of the house fought, loudly all three nights I was there. The property also smelled musty. There was a dehumidifier set up in the main part of the apartment. When I arrived, all of the windows were open...Which was likely in an effort to vent the musty/mold smell in the apartment. It was October...so, I spent my first night rather chilly. Honestly, the location is wonderful, but for the price and cleaning fees, I expected much better. Don't believe that I will stay here again.
