Located in the historic district of Prescott Arizona on Mt Vernon Ave in downtown Prescott. This adorable house is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Prescott. Close to fabulous restaurants, unique shops, and frequent weekend activities. The house is located at the base of Senator Highway which leads to an abundance of forest roads, trails, and Goldwater Lake. You will also find route 89 nearby that you can take to Watson Lake to try your hand and paddles at kayaking or paddle boarding. Furnished with a historic, yet comfortable interior. WIFI, Smart T.V.’s, and an outdoor covered patio that provides opportunities for relaxing in the sun or in the shade to read a book or catch some rays. The backyard is fully fenced for your furry dog friends!

Historic Preskitt!

Historic old home on the hill above downtown Prescott. Just 6 blocks SE from Whiskey Row. 3 very private bedrooms, each with a private bath; the layout was very convenient for company. Small fenced yard was pet-friendly. Nice comfy furniture on the covered patio with nice view was perfect for happy hour (could use a picnic table also). Quirky laundry room arrangement with washer in kitchen and dryer in back room (that area could easily be used for an office space or extra guest/kids). Good beds. Soap, paper products, garbage bags conveniently provided. Fairly well outfitted, good pans; I added a few things. Only drawbacks: 1) no dishwasher (and it takes a while to get hot water to fill the sink). 2) It took about 2 weeks to resolve the problem of several mice running loose inside. Mouse traps + bait in utility closet indicated it had been an ongoing issue. 3) Mt. Vernon is a very busy street (use caution backing out of the driveway; traffic coming downhill around the curve quickly doesn't have much heads-up). 4) Wifi router often needed resetting to watch TV or use internet. 5) Springs are shot in couch + loveseat. Not comfortable! NOTE: Future remodeling is apparently being planned to re-level uneven floors, update kitchen with a dishwasher, etc. And despite all the snow this year, I really enjoyed the winter here. Thanks for everything!
