This very beautiful house is composed, on the first floor, of a vast and luminous living room equipped with a flat screen TV opening on a sublime terrace with swimming pool.
An American style kitchen fully equipped to concoct good meals: induction hob, hood, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher...

Place at the night side! A first bedroom with 1 bed 180cm and 2 bunk beds 80cm, a second bedroom with 1 bed 140cm, a bathroom with bathtub + shower and toilet.
Go down a step and discover its parental suite with 1 bed in 180cm and its adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.

Access by an outside staircase to two other bedrooms. The first one has a 160cm bed and a row of beds, the second one with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with toilet.

The garage serves as a cellar with a washing machine at your disposal.

Is it hot? Take a jump in the swimming pool! Open from mid-June to mid-September.
Then have an aperitif on the wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, umbrellas and deckchairs, and finally have dinner thanks to the barbecue at your disposal.

Parking is on the grounds or along the driveway.

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
