Flat Bohemia, capacity for 5 people, is located on the 2nd floor of the building which has a beautiful communal area with garden and swimming pool of more than 100m2. Interior: The flat has 4 bedrooms, living-dining room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 1 large terrace. 1 bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk. 2 bedroom - single bed, wardrobe, desk. 3 bedroom - single bed, wardrobe, desk. 4 bedroom -sofa bed , desk. 1 bathroom - bathtub, washbasin, WC, bidet. 2 bathroom - shower tray, washbasin, toilet. Living room: 2 sofas, table, chairs, TV, TV cabinet, exit to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for your holiday: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery. To the beach of Fenals it is 750 m, to the beach of Sa Boadella - 700 m, the latter is one of the most beautiful bays. Next to the finca there are 3 supermarkets, bus stop, from where you can reach the station of Blanes or the city centre. All around there are many restaurants with typical food from all over the world, bars, gift shops and beach accessories as well as pharmacies. The city centre and the discotheque areas are only 5 min. away by car. To the water park Waterworld, the children's playground Gnomo-park and the dolphinarium Marineland - 5-10 min. by car. The gardens of St.Clotilde are 5 min. away by car. Girona Airport - 30 km destination RyanAir) Airport Barcelone - 85 km. Blanes train station - 8 km.
