## Logement
The accommodation is located on the 6th floor (There is a lift to the 5ᵉ floor, but the last floor is on foot); it comprises: - a living area with a sofa bed; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen - and a shower room. There is no terrace. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: WIFI, Television, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost. Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest. The accommodation is located : - close to a bus station (10 minutes' walk), close to the train station, and 50 metres from a car park (reduced prices for cars); - 9 minutes' walk from the city centre; - 14 minutes from the Croisette - and 15 minutes from the Old Port. For everyday shopping, there is a Lidl supermarket just 2 minutes' walk away. There are also a number of bars and restaurants close by. We look forward to welcoming you!

## Emplacement
Cannes is a town in the south of France on the French Riviera, famous for its world-famous film festival. The Croisette is the city's emblematic landmark, along the Mediterranean Sea, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to tempt you! The town is renowned for its cleanliness, safety and quality of life. The climate, beaches and clean air make it a popular place to visit all year round; in summer, many tourists flock to the Palais des Festivals beach, the Casino or the lively streets. Opposite Cannes is the Île Sainte Marguerite, ideal for a day out by boat.
