This property has it all! Located about 9 miles from The Village of Skaneateles on a private drive away away from it all! Step
into this one of a kind custom built home that comes fully loaded! Just pack your bags and enjoy - you will want for nothing!
The main floor of this home offers a first floor master suite with a private deck. A large family room with a grand fireplace. The modern kitchen boast all high end appliances, plenty of counter space, reading nook and farm style table. A wet bar and a second full bath complete the first floor.
The second level has a large bathroom, walk in shower, double sinks and water closet.
There are two large bedrooms with beds for the entire family.
There is laundry on site, an outdoor shower and jacuzzi hot tub for your enjoyment. Also for your use are paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and a private tennis court with cabana!
Enjoy the 220 feet of gorgeous Skaneateles Lake from the dock, patio one of the two fire pit areas or level water access. The vistas are breathtaking - don’t miss out for this one of a kind opportunity!

Wonderful home on a beautiful lake!

Our group was three couples celebrating a birthday. We had a great stay in this well appointed home on beautiful Lake Skaneateles! Mark was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire area and experience!

Perfect stay!

Our family stayed for the weekend to attend my son’s graduation from Syracuse University. The house was beautiful and private and accommodated our family perfectly. We had a wonderful stay! Also communication with Mark and team was great! Very responsive which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic House and View!

What a wonderful surprise! This house is beautiful, fully loaded, peaceful. The lake is gorgeous and the town has a lot to offer. We stayed two nights for the eclipse BUT plan to rent again this summer! Highly recommend!!!

The Perfect Lakehouse!

Just beautiful and a home run rental! We rented this spectacular property for a Syracuse University graduation weekend, and were able to host a big crowd Friday night in the most stunning location ever! House had everything we needed, and sitting out on the terrace overlooking the lake at cocktail hour was just magical. It couldn't have been more perfect. We just wish we had more time. Hopefully we will be back!

Lake House Gem

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this gorgeous Skaneateles lake house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed which only enhanced our relaxation. The owner, Mark was very gracious and quick to respond to any questions we had about the house. We enjoyed the incredible view of the lake, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and exploring the town of Skaneateles. If you have never been in Skaneateles, you are in for a treat. It is simply charming filled with local stores and incredible restaurants. We look forward to returning to this beautiful location.

Wonderful stay

Thoughtfully designed and furnished house, well stocked and comfortable, quiet location and easy access to the lake. Host very welcoming. We could not have had a better experience.

Beautiful home on Skaneateles lake

Mark was very responsive and accommodated our last minute emergency booking on Christmas Day (due to Covid). The house is both cozy and spacious and well equipped for a family. And the view of the lake is ever calming--even with two small boys! We look forward to staying again this summer when we can hopefully enjoy more outdoor activities.

One night stand....wishing for a long term relationship...

Worth the money. Spectacular views. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Linens were freshly washed and hotel quality. The hearted bathroom floors were a plus. TV room lights weren’t working, and windows ledges were dusty. Parking was a challenge but Mark will have the driveway paved. We will rent this property again!

Wonderful Weekend, Fun for All

We had a wonderful time at Mark's lovely house! The house itself is beautiful and just as nice as pictured. The bathroom floors were heated which was a nice little touch! We had 6 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant and everyone had enough room to play and sleep. The kids loved swinging with the lake in the distance, while the adults appreciated all the lovely vantage points and the hot tub. Mark was very responsive and willing to help for various questions we had. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. We had a get together with a group of friends and everyone was pleased with the stay and impressed with the house and location. If I ever get a chance to meet the architect/builder/owner, I'd like to shake their hand. The house and property were planned to every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable, inside and out of the house. Thanks!

Perfect lake house getaway!

Spectacular location and amenities! We experienced everything from a rain day to a brilliant sunshine day. There was plenty of room to make the whole family comfortable regardless of the weather. We swam, kayaked and played tennis all on the grounds. The flow of the house is spectacular with plenty of room for a family of five to spread out and do their thing. It is a very private location but not secluded. Downtown was easily accessible though a bit of a drive.
