This luxury villa with 5 bedrooms is situated in the exclusive residential area of Las Rotas, Punta Negra , Denia. This property has all you need for a wonderful holiday. Within 5 minutes walk to a rocky beach but the sandy beaches of Denia are just a few minutes away by car.  The villa has it´s own private  swimming pool, so,  relaxing by the pool with a cold drink seems a good thing to do. In the winter, a supplement can be asked for pool heating. Local bars and restaurants are virtually on the doorstep and all along the coasts, there is no lack of amenities and much to explore.

The villa is fully air-conditioned with a magnificent garden. The villa boasts 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The large lower double bedroom is large offers enough room to take a cot or single bed for an extra child and can be used as a play room or a tv room. It is preceded by a large bathroom with bathtub.
There is an external kitchen and BBQ area, complete with a cloakroom, time around the pool is made easy. Upstairs there is a lovely balcony area overlooking the pool and garden, where one can enjoy a pleasant evening cocktail.
In all this villa has everything anyone could ask for in a relaxing holiday.

However, for the more adventurous, it borders the natural park area of Montgo, with many walks  and cycle rides available. One can also take canoe trips to visit the caves along the coast or a paragliding adventure. Viewpoints in the area are simply Fantastic.

Parking is available within the property: one space by the entrance at the front of the house, 2 more at the back of the property in front of the enclosed garage.

A city bus stop at the top of the road drives all along the to the centre Denia.

This house is not available for groups of the same gender/parties, It is in a residential and quiet district ideally suited for family holidays.
