FREE BOAT HOIST

Private boat hoist available for you to use. Fits a boat under 26' and under $6,000 lbs. No pontoons. Just take the steps down to the dock, turn right and we are 6 hoists down. The sign will say "Dowdey"

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the lake. It is on the lakefront end of the building, with a view from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom that must be seen to appreciate. You will have access to all Bridges Bay amenities including: Boji Splash indoor water park, the beautiful lagoon style outdoor pool with swim-up bar, and a pool next to our building, onsite lakefront restaurants, Bracco & The Waterfront, exercise room. Plus you are minutes from trails, shopping, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, restaurants, and everything this great vacation area has to offer.

You can comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom number 2 has a queen. And the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. You can sleep additional people on the blow-up queen mattress in the living room.

ELEVATOR is conveniently located next to the underground private parking spot for this unit.

The dock and hoist are out the side building door and about 75 steps away to the steps.


Condo rental includes 6 free daily passes to Boji Splash Waterpark and Pool.

Off Season: Day after Labor Day to Friday before Memorial Day
Friday: 4—10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. —10 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m.—5 p.m.
Summer: Saturday before Memorial Day to Sunday, September 5.
12 p.m. —7 p.m., daily *staff and weather permitting*
