Located in the heart of Val de Sully and in the center of Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire (a small town of character listed as a UNESCO world heritage site), the cottage offers an ideal starting point for lovely walks, bike rides, by canoe or paddle.... Just 700m from the banks of the Loire and 200m from the famous Benedictine abbey of Fleury.

The forests that dot the region, the castles, Orléans and other major sites in the Loire Valley remain easily accessible for a day of discovery.

Ideally located close to shops, this charming and carefully renovated accommodation will appeal to lovers of Loirétain heritage and nature. The cottage has on the ground floor an open kitchen with access to the garden and a dining area for 3/4 people, 2 small steps will take you to the living room for your moments of relaxation.

The first floor is accessible with a slightly steep staircase :-) it distributes, a small mezzanine, an independent bathroom with a large old bathtub and WC, as well as a large bedroom of 16m² equipped with a 160x200 double bed cm, a desk and a wardrobe.
(An extra bed 90x190 cm for 1 adult is also available on request)

Outside, a walled garden, sometimes shared with the owner, awaits you.
You can park for free on the street, but 2 wheels can enter the courtyard under cover.
