The unit is located between Black Forest Chair and Bullet Express – true ski-in ski-out and just a short 10-minute walk to the Big White Village Center for shopping and restaurants.
The unit is the top floor corner unit, offering a panoramic view of the village, the mountain, and the valley below. Relax in the hot tub looking out over the Kettle Valley, check the lift lines at Bullet from the living room, or watch skiers coming down Perfection from the master bedroom. It is hard to describe how beautiful the sunrise is here, when it isn’t snowing.
The unit has been outfitted for remote work, with fiber-optic internet and two height-adjustable desks with chairs & monitors. Perfect for school holidays – your kids can ski all week, and you can cut work for a couple of hours on a powder day. Big White has night skiing too! Our unit's location is known for the best ski in/out, and is easily walkable to the village, tube park, skating rink, dog sledding and snowmobile tours.
Winter Season
Our unit has a private entrance and is soundproof due to concrete construction, which is great when you have young kids. It is family owned, located in a family, dog friendly building. Our condo is spacious and is a great setup for multi-generational families or multiple couples and kids (max of 9 people). Our listed price is for 8 people. Each additional person(s) is $35.00 per night. One dog is permitted at a rate of $65 per stay (see pet guidelines below). We love our unit because of the proximity to the village, the ease to jump on the slopes right from the 2 ski lockers (green runs to Black Forest or Happy Valley), the hill behind the unit for tobogganing, snow fort building or just playing in the snow, the snowshoe trails and the walking paths that are right out our door, and with 100ft of windows allowing uninterrupted views of BC’s Monashee Mountains and the Big White Mountain range our unit is magical! Due to its high base (5,757 feet), Big White Ski Resort consistently features some of the best snow/ski conditions in North America. The snow here is referred to as Champagne Powder. You will always have plenty of snow!
Summer Season:
Since temperatures keep rising in the summer, to keep cool, our unit has ceiling fans in King and Queen bedrooms, a standing fan in the bunk bedroom, screens on the windows to allow the cool mountain air through those hot summer nights. Our unit is close to the bike park, and walking/hiking/bike trails.
NEW* Bike Valet is operating out of the rental shop this summer for $10 plus taxes per bike, per night. (It will be only operating the same hours as the rental shop.)
Note: Weather dependent the mountain and lifts are open Thursdays to Mondays from July-September (dates are weather dependent). Events and concerts run most weekends throughout the summer months, so make sure you check out the Big White website for all activities when planning your Big White adventure! The property is a short drive to various lakes where you can kayak, swim etc. Don’t forget to drive through the beautiful Okanagan and view the wineries. Unit Features:
• There are three full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with linens and towels. All bedrooms have windows, both bathrooms have showers. The en-suite bathroom has a large slate walk in STEAM shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with two bunk beds and one of the bottom beds is a full size and a TV.
• We have two heated covered parking spaces, and they are beside the elevators for convenient access to unload your vehicle.

• Private deck with outdoor hot tub and gas BBQ
• Gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including a toaster, Vitamix, instant pot, slow cooker, coffee pot, and all pots, pans, utensils and modern day gadgets. Spices, oils/vinegars, hot chocolate, coffee filters and all cleaning products are also provided, so no need to bring your own! Our induction stove/oven allows for meals to be served on time and not hindered by the altitude
• Our living room is equipped with 2 bar fridges, cocktail glasses, audio distribution to five zones with individual control of volume and source in each zone, gas fireplace, TV, board games, DVDs, and books as well, so there is something for everyone to do!
• Washer/dryer if you need to do laundry
• Fans and screens in each bedroom during the summer season
Other things to note:
• No Smoking in unit, on the balcony or within 15 feet of Copper Kettle Lodge
• No Parties
• During off seasons (after April), the hot tub is NOT running. There is a fee of $350 for a start up/maintenance fee if you would like the hot tub to be running during the off season.
• Pets: Only 1 dog is allowed to stay. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, not to use pee pads in the condo and are not permitted to relieve themselves on the balcony. There is a great spot on the main floor by the fire hydrant. Don't forget your poop bags! If any damage is created by the dog, renter will be charged a $300 damage fee. Be sure to pick up after your pooch as no one likes playing or skiing in the snow with dog poop.
Big White installed EV Chargers at the new Administration Building at Happy Valley. They are 'Flo'. If you are traveling from Vancouver/Seattle area you can charge in Hope with multiple options, charge in Kelowna and now charge in Big White if you need it.
