Your group of up to 16 will love the great balance of communal and personal space. The roomy front porch is perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of island life while four spacious bedrooms provide havens of rest and relaxation. Your vacation crew of up to 16 will find everything they need to make your time on Tybee memorable. The property has 2 security cameras covering carport/parking areas.

Tybee Island Thanksgiving Getaway
This was the perfect set up for a large family. It’s hard to find a place that we can all fit comfortably and this fit the bill! It was very close walking distance to the beach and to multiple shops and restaurants. It came with beach chairs and beach toys. Plenty of parking also, which isn’t always the case. The area was beautiful and about 35 minutes to the historic district of Savannah. We had a great stay!

July 4th Family Vacation
We spent the week here with our family for the 4th of July. We loved the place and it fit all our families needs. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is more like a penthouse suite. It is very private with it’s own door that is separate from the place. Our one party that stayed there enjoyed it immensely. Plenty of parking and places to put your beach accessories. The property manager was always on top of things and went out of his way to see that we all were having a wonderful time!

Beautiful home!
Check in was extremely quick and communication with Air was great! Home is big with a lot of sleeping areas and community space. Never felt crowded and loved sitting on the swing on the porch! The home is perfectly situated close to restaurants and bar and next to the beach. Everything was perfect and would love to come back in the future.

Grew up Alabama and moved to Georgia in the late 90s. Lived in Savannah/Tybee area ever since. I love golf, fishing cooking and just sharing laughs and having a good time with friends and families.

This beautiful estate has just been recently renovated with all new furniture and appliances. Decorated beautifully with 2 floors that can sleep 16. The upstairs unit can be your own private suite that can separate you from the rest of the group. Free parking that can accommodate 10 cars easily. Once there, no need to drive anywhere. You're within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Best of all...you're only steps to the beach.
