It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Dining area with dining table and 8 chairs
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200) that can be pushed together to make a double bed
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200) that can be brought together to make a double bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private (unheated) 8×4 m swimming pool, secured by a cover and open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 October (opening dates non-contractual).
- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful 1,200 m² garden, private and unenclosed, with deckchairs, armchairs and garden table available.

The house is ideally located in Les Arcs, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël and Sainte Maxime 30 minutes away by car.
- St-Tropez 1 hour away (by car and boat from Sainte Maxime).
- Cannes 35 minutes by motorway and Aix-en-Provence 1 hour by car.
- The Gorges du Verdon about 30 minutes from the house.
- Sporting activities: cycling tours, numerous water sports from the seaside resorts.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
