This elegant 2 BD condo features amazing ocean views that would blow your mind within proximity to a pristine white sand beach.
Definitely the perfect destination for your vacation. This condo is 7 miles away drive to the center of San Jose del Cabo where you will find the finest dining in Baja and close by the world-class golfing, surfing, snorkeling, and deep-sea fishing.
The condo is situated on the first floor of the building.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 4 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
Tenant must be +30 to rent this property.

Enchanting El Encanto

We spent a week here in mid October and will be back for sure. The condo is immaculate and literally steps to the pool. We experienced everything the area has to offer from dinners in San Jose to breakfast at adjacent properties, surfing and sushi in La Fortuna. We hit the destination dining off the grid and spent plenty of time at the pool just hanging out. Thank you to the owners for offering such an amazing opportunity to enjoy all that El Encanto has to offer.

Beautiful location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo.... great amenities, we appreciated the beach chairs/umbrella available. Kitchen was stocked well with everything you could need dishes wise, although not much for spices. Very quiet, great area.

Beautiful condo and amenities, had everything we needed except large storage container for watermelon but we substituted and were fine.

The transportation options to get to El Encanto are renting a car, taxi or private transportation. We help our guests with the different options available and getting the best prices.

If you plan to visit town frequently, renting a car is highly recomended, as is cheaper than taxis and private transportation.
