Guest Access:
Door has a smartlock, we will send the code in the morning of the reservation.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $125 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
For food deliveries, Shipt dot com will deliver to the property.

Sleeping Capacity: Normal sleeping capacity is 8 but we allow up to a maximum of 10 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 9th and 10th guests. Guests over 2 years old have to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Locals from Lawton, OK are subject for approval.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
