Awesome

Very spacious and clean . We were close to everything, food, shopping and the just minutes away from the base . Everything worked out perfectly. I would recommend that you bring your own cleaning supplies, toiletries and towels because they are not supplied to you . Other than that. Every thing is great

Coffee maker had mold in it. Also it’s not transparent in the listing that the hosts live in the house.

Sorry for your bad experience. We’ll make sure to take your concerns into consideration and address them. The cleaning crew might have forgot to clean the coffee maker after the prior to you. It will be taken care of. The host doesn’t live in the premises. There are two separate private properties, two separate driveways, & two separate private entrances. Please, for future references make sure to ask questions to hosts when anything seems confusing to you.

I would absolutely not stay at this house again.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not properly cleaned. The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen all felt dirty and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation for any rental, and this home failed to meet even that standard.The supplies provided were extremely minimal — barely enough to get through a short stay. Simple necessities that most hosts routinely provide were either missing or rationed. On top of that, there was no washer or dryer available, which was incredibly inconvenient and not clearly communicated in a way that reflected how limiting it would be.The plumbing was another major issue. The drains did not function properly and drained very slowly, which made showers and sink use frustrating and unpleasant.Perhaps most disappointing of all were the hosts. They were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive when concerns were brought up. Hospitality goes a long way, and there was none to be found here.The neighborhood also did not feel like a good area. While we did not experience theft or any direct incidents, it was not somewhere we felt particularly comfortable.Overall, this property fell far below expectations in cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and host professionalism. I would not recommend staying here.

This property sadly is far from what it is represented as. From the beginning I had messages to see if this was an entire house or shared. He said the entire house, which is not true. He lives on property, doors are padlocked that he uses. See pictures…My young daughter felt uncomfortable the whole time and scared that he would come in. So unfortunately she was scared to sleep. It stunk so badly when we went in that immediately we had to leave to get Lysol and candles and air fresheners. It’s very dirty. It’s very old, there are window units in the two bedrooms very hard to find a happy temperature is either smoldering hot or freezing. There was beer in the refrigerator, which to some may sound like a bonus, but to me it was not as my husband is a recovering alcoholic so I would suggest possibly they don’t do that any longer. As it says to make sure to take all of your stuff with you when you leave and that just stays in the refrigerator from who knows where. Bring your own cleaning supplies and pillows and I would suggest extra blankets. What is on the bed is very dingy and musty as are the pillows. The outside back area is in terrible shape. There is a picnic table out front, but it was in blazing hot sun so we were not able to use that. The neighborhood looks rough. We did not have any problems though. Just very rundown it could use some more TLC and to be better represented as it is nothing like the pictures that are posted.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize that you and your family — especially your daughter — felt uncomfortable during your stay. It’s always my goal to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests, and I regret that this was not your experience. I understand the confusion regarding the space being shared. It’s a duplex. There were guests on the other side of the premises. guests on either have their privacy, private entrance, private space. I do not reside on the property. I have my own place elsewhere. I wish you asked questions and I would have gladly answered. You got the entire side of your place to yourself. It was definitely not a shared room as no one had access to your space besides yourself. We have been doing this business for years now. All areas are secured and no one ever attempted and never enter the guests space during a stay on neither side. Regarding cleanliness and odors — this is deeply concerning, and I take it very seriously. I will be addressing this directly with my cleaning team and taking additional steps to ensure the property is thoroughly sanitized and aired out before every stay. I’m also sorry to hear about the beer in the fridge. It was left there on purpose as a courtesy and refresher for guests as a recommendation from previous guests. As for the condition of the bedding, temperature control, and outdoor space — your comments are valuable, and I’m looking into improvements in each of these areas. I want all guests to feel comfortable, and your feedback will help guide necessary upgrades. While I’m glad there were no safety concerns during your stay. . However, the listing photos and description are accurate. I understand you didn’t like it but previous guests loved and saw it as described. Again, I’m truly sorry this stay was not what you had hoped for. Your feedback is appreciated, and I will be using it to make the necessary changes so future guests have a much better experience.
