Thank you for taking the time to view our information. My name is Neal Harris and I am the owner and manager of Villa Del Mar. Rocky Point is my family's favorite vacation spot. My kids love spending time on the beach where they have created some of their most cherished family memories. I manage the villa privately to offer guests a more personal experience. The home is maintained and cleaned by my personal friends, Carlos and Yulma Garcia.

The location of the home is perfect for a true vacation. The pace of life at the beach is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones.

Villa Bella is truly the best property on Sandy Beach! The location is almost too good to be true. You are literally steps away from the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez - it feels as though the entire beach is your backyard. It is a perfect location for family trips, couples vacations, guys/girls weekends and birthday celebrations.
