Several lakes and parks are within a 5- to 10-minute drive, offering a variety of recreational activities. With convenient transportation and comfortable living, this is an ideal choice for vacation or business travel. Only one block to Laundromat. Closed to Boston downtown MIT and Harvard square. Cheap but very basic

The property is cheap and you do get what you pay for. Kitchen is not really functional with no plates etc that one would want to use. Shower and bathroom may have been cleaned but does not feel so. If cost is your only concern then this might be an option for you. I have stayed at other properties in the area for the same price and they have been much much nicer. The host was responsive and polite so no consents there, it is just that the accommodation is not very pleasant.

Good place in a very convenient location

Really enjoyed my stay here in Malden. I used to live around the area and knew this location was great. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance and the MBTA is just a few blocks away. Bed was comfy and the VRBO had everything I needed. The kitchen was pretty sparse but that was fine for me. Host was great as well. He was right upstairs and was quick to respond to all my messages. Would recommend!
