Come home to relax in our thoughtfully equipped 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home minutes away from the world famous falls. A 10 minute walk to the top of Clifton Hill, with tons of exciting attractions, must-try restaurants and lively bars. In the warmer months, enjoy the backyard with patio furniture and a BBQ.

Located: Niagara Falls, Canada

We provide 3 beds, 2 pack n play cribs and 2 futons accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. There is an ensuite bathroom accessed from the master bedroom, an additional bathroom with tub/shower combination and a main floor powder room.

Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.

We also provide a Smart TV with Netflix and other apps in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom with Roku. Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix, though there are other free TV apps available.

Overall a decent stay

We were able to check in a bit earlier which was nice. The property itself was ok, a bit run down with holes, scuff marks and dirt on a majority of the walls. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies/equipment. The showers in both bathrooms were extremely finicky and it took a long time to get the temperature correct. The towels and sheets were in good condition. We were looking forward to relaxing on the backyard patio after long days of walking, however, it was extremely dirty with tons of bugs, poison ivy and ripped up outdoor rugs. That was a huge disappointment. We used the washer and dryer once and the dryer unfortunately shrunk a few pieces of our clothing. Finally, the listing says a 10 minute walk to the falls. We did not find that to be accurate at all. It was quite a hike to get down to the actual falls and the Clifton Hills area. We wound up driving closer or catching an Uber.

Great place

It was nice to stay at your home, walking distance to Niagara Falls and all the attractions. Great for families.

Convenient location

The house was plenty comfortable and convenient to all the activities in and around the Falls. Other than a day at the wineries, we kept the car parked in the driveway and walked everywhere. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for accommodations in the greater Falls area.

Thanksgiving family trip

House was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for cooking. Very clean. Less than 1 mile to the falls. Easy walk with sidewalks. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars

Welcoming updated place

This was a very convenient updated home in a historic neighborhood with lots of amenities. Alisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Walkable or a short drive to all Niagara has to offer. Quiet neighborhood and we could glimpse the nightly fireworks from the front porch.
