Ideally located 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo, directly across the street from Crescent Beach; half a block from beach access. Steps from the public access. Recently updated bathrooms, full kitchen with oven, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, new washer and dryer, fridge, DeLonghi coffee maker with cappuccino maker, patio, bathtub in guest bath, high speed internet, tv's in every room, assigned parking with additional guest spots, large beautiful pool in common area. No pets allowed - sorry. Condo association requires minimum 30 days.

First time on Marco Island

We stayed during a cold spell so our plans to spend time on the beach didn’t pan out, but the condo is just a short walk to a beautiful public beach. We were glad that we rented a car as there was not a lot to do within walking distance. The condo was as advertised and very nice, however, the bed in the guest bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. We had a week of extremely uncomfortable sleep.

Fantastic Location, Super hosts

We loved our time in this condo located so conveniently near the beach and restaurants. The pool was also wonderfully maintained and clean. We barely touched our car. Jenny and Steve were terrific and extremely responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend renting from them. Thanks for a great vacation.

First 30 day summer Vacation

Hosts were very kind and accommodating. When i mentioned bringing an air mattress for my son they immediately offered to provide it and all the bedding. There were extra sheets, plenty of towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling gear, a wagon and mych more to enjoy during our time. We really enjoyed this condo. Furniture was very comfy and we felt very much at home. We will be visiting again.

Sun & Fun in January

We stayed at this vacation rental for 30 nights. For individuals with mobility issues, please be aware that this 2nd floor condo is stair access only. The photos shown in the listing are 99% accurate. The building is 45 years old, but as you can see from the photos, the interior has been updated. The kitchen was small, but functional, and stocked with almost everything we needed to prepare meals. The owners informed us in advance that a queen bed was being placed in the guest bedroom (listing photo still shows two single beds). There were only one set of sheets provided for each bed. Cleaning equipment and some cleaning supplies were available for tidying up. As with most vacation rentals, you will need to bring/purchase additional paper products and soap. The owners provided a wagon, two folding chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for use at the beach. The pool was always busy and several events were held at the pool during our stay. We had a car, but there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a 1 ½ mile walk from the condo along Collier Boulevard. A few items worth noting: the ceiling fan in the kitchen did not work. We informed the owners, but they were unable to schedule maintenance during our stay. The crisper drawer in the refrigerator was broken and difficult to open/close. Two of the kitchen knobs fell off and we had to superglue them back on. The front door did not have a screen and the sliding door (albeit a 2nd floor unit) did not lock. The guest bedroom windows (facing walkway) would not open. The owners were responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our stay at this condo on Marco Island.

As described, nice and well equipped condo with a balcony, nice pool and beautiful beach close by

I spent wonderful 5 weeks enjoying all amenities including trip to Everglades and hoping islands on my inflatable pontoon Strongly recommend to everyone

We provide a few 'extras' to make your stay more comfortable (less for you to pack!). Beach wagon, towels, umbrella and small cooler. It is a half block walk to the public beach access; a very easy walk.
I have misc. books and puzzles in the condo - if you choose to stay in.
