The property is part of a private hameau where you can rent multiple units if you are a large group, ensuring your intimate experience is preserved without disturbances.

Studio :
This 40 m² studio duplex features a lovely living area with a sofa, TV, and dining table, perfect for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes this cozy oasis, allowing you to enjoy your stay worry-free.

Access :
Easily accessible by car, this studio is only 30 minutes from Montélimar and 1 hour from Valence. The closest train station is in Montélimar, providing easy access to major cities. If flying, Nîmes Airport is about an hour and a half away.

Additional information :
- Cleaning and bed linens included in the price. Guests must bring their own towels or can rent them for 5 euros per person on site. A tourist tax of 1.05 euros per person per night is to be paid upon arrival.
- Access to the shared pool from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, for the exclusive use of property guests only.
- Pets allowed upon prior request with a surcharge of 10 euros per night. No smoking indoors.
- Fireplace available, please do not use it. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
- Designed for couples or business professionals, not suitable for children.
