living room with 140X190 convertible sofa opening onto the balcony with blind - fully equipped kitchen - an attic sleeping area on the mezzanine with Japanese steps staircase with a 120X190 bed
private parking space that can accommodate a small vehicle.
Towels and linens are not provided.
The cleaning is to be carried out by you (cleaning deposit of €150 by check to be given on your arrival).
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
