NOLA sweet heart

This is a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a great time. The neighborhood is quiet and only a block off of St. Charles with a street car stop on the corner.

Thanksgiving in NOLA

Overall the property was very nice. The parking was a challenge. The stairs were challenging with luggage for 70 year olds. The location was a real treat. We would come back again!

Beautiful place and great neighborhood

This rental was awesome. First the location was perfect, not far from French quarter, only one block from the trolly stop, and in a nice and safe neighborhood. Inside it is better than advertised. Tastefully decorated including a NOLA feel. Love the huge shower in one bedroom and my friends love their second bedroom and separate bath. Kitchen was modern with two coffee makers, along with a good washer and dryer. Enjoy sitting on the upper deck, outside watching the sunset. Perfect place and would return. NOL

Spacious and Clean

We were in New Orleans for a work conference and decided to extend our stay for a vacation and this appointment was amazing. Great price point too. We walked a lot which was nice about the city in general but we also utilized Uber a lot too. If you want food recommendations ask your Uber drivers. We also took the cable cars a lot. We bought a jazzy pass for $15 and that allowed us to use the cable cars, busses, and the ferry. We had plenty of supplies at the house for cooking and eating in even though we didnt eat there. The beds were actually very comfortable and none of us expected that. If we ever make it back down to Nola we would definitely stay here again.

Stairs Stairs Stairs

This is an upstairs unit with no elevator. the stairs are awkward and the railing is very flimsy. The hallway to get to the stairs and the unit are Hot in the summer. There is a thermostat in the hall, but it is set to 80 and says do not touch. The unit itself is very nice and updated. Nice balcony that you get to through opening one of the windows, but you will have to bend down to get out. The neighborhood is okay, not the best. Quite a few homeless around that leave their trash everywhere. We parked and there were people sleeping on the sidewalk. Contact with the owner was very good. We had an issue with the A/C not working, they were able to get it fixed quickly.

Perfect location!

Our New Orleans vacation was so much fun and our stay at Carter’s property helped make it so. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, fun decor, roomy and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to several excellent restaurants and activities(French Quarter, Cochon, Turkey and the Wolf, Lula, Willa Jean, WWII National Museum etc). Plus ride shares were always quickly available when we didn’t want to walk. Communication with the property manager was seamless. We would be happy to stay here again!

Such a great place

I like older places that have been redone and this place was wonderful! Located close to the quarter so you can walk if you want but the street car is just one street over. Property was great for 2 but would be comfortable for 4 adults. We're already thinking of another trip with this property in mind!

Great Stay

This condo was just gorgeous & well appointed. Our host provided information about things to do and see as well as eateries. It was located in the garden district, not far from these eateries and streetcars.

Wonderful home in NOLA

Our first time stay in NOLA in this property was perfect! The home is wonderful for 2 couples complete with all needs in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. The neighborhood, The Garden District, is truly a wonderful place to stay as we were away from large noisy areas yet in a neighborhood with bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The proximity to the trolley was perfect and easy to walk to. We laughed at but LOVED the labeled light switches. The ambiance of the home is just welcoming and warm. Truly loved our first time in NOLA and in this beautiful home. And our contact was helpful and available. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Birthday weekend

This was a perfect place for two couples. Enough space to hang out and quiet. We did have a little late night activity that kept us awake but only last a short period of time. 20 min walk to the French Quarter and flat. Easy to get to off highway 25-30 min drive to airport. Access to street cars is less than a block away. The place is clean. I would highly recommend this place for any occasion. Lots of on street parking and ride shares were always close by. 10 minute ride to tge heart of French Quarter. We loved it.

Great Experience!

We went on a couple trip to experience NOLA for the first time for all of us and this spot put us no more that 15 minutes drive from everywhere we wanted to go! Very clean apartment in a very convenient location. The crew that manages this property was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to anything we needed. If there was anything that wasn’t perfect, they were prompt in how they made it right! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Such a great experience! The food in NOLA is amazing, but our two top places were Surrey’s Cafe & Juice Bar and Cajun Seafood, both of which were recommended by locals! Thanks again for the amazing experience!

Great place with a great location

This was a fantastic property with only a 2 minute walk to the trolly car. The apartment was clean, spacious we went as 2 couples and each had our own restrooms, nice deck to sit on in the mornings and evenings. The streetcar ride was not very long to Canal St. where there is lots of action. We actually walked back one evening from Burbon St and its really not that far. Overall this is a very nice rental and we would come again. Thank you for everything Carter.
