December and April $80 per night

May - November $65 per night

2 MONTH MINIMUM! NON - SMOKERS ONLY!
**However, we are allowed one 1 month rental each year.**

Each stay will be subjected to a $150 - $300 application fee*, $185 Cleaning fee, $250 refundable security, 11.5% state and county taxes and Vrbo fees.

*The application/background check fee will be paid separately by you when you fill out the online application and lease. The application fee is $150 per couple or individual person.

Welcome to our home away from home. Our condo is located in a quiet area in Fort Myers, FL mostly occupied by retired folks and snowbirds. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining area, living room and a fully screened in lanai with automatic hurricane shutters. It is close to shopping, Edison Mall, 2 minor league baseball parks, about 30 minutes from airports, about 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, and about 10 minutes from downtown Ft. Myers.


** It takes 30 days for our condo association to approve prospective tenants. This also includes an interview by members of our condo association board. Please allow for this time prior to booking.

Our stay in Fort Myers

The condo was very adequate and spacious for our needs. The residents were very friendly, and had a great time visiting with them. Enjoyed the community breakfast with the residence. The pool was very enjoyable and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The area was very accommodating for all the events that we encountered, especially going to downtown Fort Myers and enjoying the music festival. we toured the Edison Ford Winter home and enjoyed that experience also. Diane played Pickleball several days while we were there and is looking forward to doing so again next year. We would recommend this location to anybody who would be interested. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your second home.

Good location, close to places to eat and Mall, nice pool and people real friendly.

Place was not cleaned before we came. My wfe had to clean kitchen and bathrooms. Also had to clean linens and floors. Only one TV worked ( in livingroom ) other TV did not. Only one set of keys which caused problems. If problems are fixed , we would love to come back. The neighbors were so nice and helpful. Good location for things to see and do. Everything was cleaned before we left.

Ft Myer winter stay

My husband and I booked this in March of 2022,long before the hurricane.It exceeded our expectations,complex is beautiful,the residents in the complex were friendly and welcoming.Jennifer’s condo was inviting,clean,beach themed and very comfortable.You wanted for nothing as far as amenities,she thought of everything!You could get to Ft Myers beach in 20 minutes.Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.Would definitely rent again.

Nice clean condo.

Condo was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. Is in a good location to access a lot of restaurants, downtown Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. The complex is very friendly and very well maintained. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay again. Bruce and Shirley
