Convenient, quiet location

Clean, pleasant, convenient location. Walk to downtown Greer. Lovely back yard, decently equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

Great get away

We absolutely loved it here, the beds were so comfy and the house felt like home plus I was able to bring my big boy and he loved the huge fenced in yard, he chased his ball and birds and took long hard naps on his blankets by the couch after playing. Perfect location, such a cute little town that super friendly and really nice shops and restaurants to check out within walking distance. We went to The Mason Jar with my dog and sat outside the patio and they even brought him a bowl of water and super friendly. Overall everything was perfect and beyond the host Carlos was very kind and responsive when we needed anything or help which was lovely. Will definitely stay again when we come into town.

Perfect for our needs

Traveled to town for a hockey tournament down the street. Everything was as described and honestly better than the reviews described. It wasn’t an issue for us but it shows 2 queen beds in each of 2 bedrooms and they had queens. The small bed was the most comfortable. Everything worked out great Thanks!

Short Trip

Came to the Greenville area for a weekend for daughter’s wedding shower. Convenient location with lots of restaurants around the location. Home was nice and roomy and slept all of us comfortably. There is a moth ball smell to house that is a little overpowering. The owner of the house does have cameras set up outside both doors that heresponded to in real time that was a little bit creepy and a bit big brother feeling.

Oh no snow!

This place was awesome. We will definitely be back because our family reunion plans got canceled because of the weather. So we plan to reschedule and hope to secure a stay at this great spot again.

perfect little get-a-way

The home was perfect for what we needed. It is very close to center Greer and it's amenities. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping you may want to do. The home itself is a quaint little bungalow that has all the accoutrements necessary for a long weekend stay. The backyard is of ample size and our pups enjoyed running around - it is not directly accessible from the house :( but the size is great. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Honest Review: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

The Good: common areas are nice, well-maintained and comfortable. Living room, dining room, and kitchen all feel up-to-date and were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. TV was great. The beds were comfortable. The back yard is HUGE! The Bad: not super dog-friendly. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Back yard does not connect to the house. Rule to take shoes off in the house. Living room very dark - no overhead light, just lamps. Dining table only seats two. The bedrooms: not clean and very dark. One bedroom was overcrowded with furniture and one side didn't have a lamp -- just a candle. The other lamp was missing a bulb. The other bedroom only has one nightstand -- definitely needs two (and lamp was missing bulb). The bathroom: tight, dirty, not well maintained. Splatter on the walls around the sink. Junky repair jobs. Old, mismatched towels. Found a random pill on the floor. They've made some improvements to the tub, but nice shower curtain on one side and a weird beach one on the inside. Very mismatched -- as is the entire decor of the house. The house decor is so random. It seems like the owners went to Goodwill and just pulled random items: lobsters next to wine bottles next to lions and windmills. Cushions with broken zippers. Mismatched hangers. The Ugly: the musty smell. Had to wash all our clothes. Can't control the neighbors, but did not enjoy the polka music all evening and in the morning. How did this get such good reviews online?

Cozy home walkable to downtown Greer

Our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teens) enjoyed our weekend in Greer! Carlos was responsive and clear, and did not overwhelm us with tons of information and rules- just enough to know what to do and make ourselves at home! We enjoyed how easily walkable this house is to the picturesque downtown area. We were in and out all weekend with no issues.

I was less than impressed

This was my 4th vrbo and i was not happy with all the addon charges and this is quickly becoming a less the desirable option. Especially when you pay all this money and the towels at this rental where from the seventies. I wound up going to Walmart and buying towels for my stay. There was no spatula to make eggs and bacon in the morning. Also, the lighting in the place was less than needed I believe if they would have used daylight bulbs in the few lights instead of soft white it would be better. The hot water heater was set so low that with the hot tap left wide open for an extended amount of time the water was just a little over warm with low pressure. Therefore, a shower was less than invigorating or enjoyable. But it was functional.

Huge backyard and cozy house

Stopped to visit friends in the area. Cute house-loved the hardwood floors, tile in bathroom, the huge back yard for my dog-kitchen was fully stocked and neighborhood was so cute and walkable. Felt safe and slept well.

Weekend trip

Carlos, the property manager was good at communication and he also checked in on us.. You are able to walk downtown. Lots of good restaurants. The property is also close to Greenville.Everything was clean. We all agree the shower was amazing.Need more lights in the backyard, especially if you’re traveling with pets.. When reading the reviews, people mentioned a smell and that smell did bother me especially I have autoimmune issues.We really did enjoy our stay.We would stay again!

Convenient access to major attractions in the area

A comfortable home for the two of us. We stayed 2 weeks. Nice walking to downtown Greer and the city park. Nice neighbors. Very responsive owner.

A friend and I stayed here for three nights to attend the albino skunk bluegrass festival. The house was comfortable and clean. Easy walk thru Greer Park to get to coffee and restaurants in downtown Greer and easy out for 10 min drive to skunk. Perfect for what we needed

Summer24 trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property when visiting family. We really enjoy staying here. There is plenty of room inside and out. And the property is well kept. This time, we flew in, the house had all amenities needed!

Great Location for my trip

The backyard was great for my 2 year old Golden Retreiver. Plenty of room to play fetch! The house was well maintained and clean. Good sized kitchen with all that you need. Coffee pot was a one-two cupper. A larger size would be better. The bbq grill was not usable, very poor condition. Carlos was very helpful when messaged. Always communicated quickly. The neighborhood was quiet except for the trains that pass nearby. All in all I had a good time on my visit.

Cute and clean

This was such a cute home! It was very clean and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The large back yard was well kept, and our dog loved checking it out. We got to meet the neighbor, who was really friendly. We highly recommend this to anyone traveling in this area!
