This majestic home features 30' vaulted ceilings, a huge gas fireplace, 75" TV, viking style dinning room table, board games, Foosball table, gourmet kitchen, high-end appliances, laundry room, office, bonus room, wine & coffee bar, BBQ with outdoor fireplace, ample parking, outdoor trampoline, play structures, and a private 1 acre grass field.

The secluded property sits on a multi acre lot, it’s private & gated — ideal for relaxing enjoyment with your family and friends...

This is the ideal venue for QUIET & RESPONSIBLE family get-together, holiday celebrations, weddings, corporate retreats, yoga retreats, wellness & therapy retreats, to mention a few. , ... Gig Harbor Marina is 2 minutes away, you have access to water sports, event centers, concerts, wedding venues, activities, restaurants, nightlife, golf courses and more!

Small weddings are permitted on a case by case basis. The event fee is $5,000. Large groups over 15 requires event fee $500.

Only stayed 1 night, but would be great long term

We were only in town for 1 night. The house worked out great for our group. Very clean and well layed out home. The owner is great at answering questions quickly. The house is in a really nice private community. Would definitely be a great house for extended stays.

Roomy, Comfy, Quiet with Huge Wooded Yard

5 days/nights with our large family (10 people). Large, comfortable house with a large yard in a quiet location with quick convenient access to Gig Harbor. Greg and Marie were excellent hosts. Everything was as presented. The home was ready with plenty of amenities to get started. Check-in was quick and convenient and departure was was easy. We highly recommend.

Superb

Wonderful house, very clean, new and loaded with all the essentials and then some, that made for a great stay. Everything was easy and owners were very responsive. Everyone had a lovely time.
