The spacious home features four floors, with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms with full size beds and two with double twin beds. Bedrooms can be found on ground floor, third floor and private loft. Two bedrooms feature on suite bathrooms and private balconies. Almost all rooms feature breathtaking sea views. Baby bed and high chair also available.

Pool terrace is well equipped with sun beds, parasols and outside furniture. Several spacious balconies so you can enjoy the sunsets with a drink or dine alfresco under the canopy in the balmy summer evenings. One of the most beautiful places of Villa Alia is the pool terrace with sea view. The distance to the surrounding beaches is only 15 minutes. The villa is surrounded by the partly shaded large terraces that provide privacy and peaceful relaxation.
Natural travertine and wood have been preferred in indoors and outdoors areas.

The parking area is large, has space big enough for 2 cars.
