Winter guests are welcome to rent daily or weekly! Monthly rentals OK with owner's approval.
In-season guests (Memorial Day - Labor Day) must rent Saturday - Saturday.

Gulf view from wrap-around Living room balcony, 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat, King bed in Master bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 Twin beds in 3rd bedroom, TV's in all bedrooms. Fun family property! Winter guest possible with approval from owner.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 11th winter in B 3 405. We came back because it is simply the best location one can imagine. You are on the beach. You get the world’s best sunsets and the condo is absolutely gorgeous. But we come back every year, as well, because of the people. From the manager,Janet, to the custodial staff to the guards at the gate and the maintenance people: everyone makes you feel welcome. We have returned to Pinnacle Port for 25 winters and this condo is the best. We recommend it highly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had such a relaxing and fun experience at Pinnacle Port this year!. The view was spectacular and the beaches were beautiful as always. Our condo met all our needs and much more. Each room was spacious and gave each family member privacy as well. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining space and living area was the gathering place for the family. Everyone could spread out and still have conversations with each other. The balcony area gave a sense of an extension to the living area. We have booked for next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a family vacation to a place we visited many times in the past. The unit needs updating. We had two repair people come into the unit while we were there. We also had a towel rack fall of the wall. Location is great just a little disappointed in the unit and the repairs.

tired property but great location
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator was broken from the moment we arrived until we left. We had to unload our car and load back our car up and down 4 flights. The condo we stayed in was outdated and lacking in dishes. There was constant construction and noise above us from the time we woke up and until late at night.
