This private, gated resort borders the State park on the West and the Carillon Beaches on the East. Pinnacle Port guests have access to a boat ramp and boat slips, tennis and basketball courts, saunas, pool and the playground for the kids. Unit A-303 has the gorgeous view of the beach from the Master bedroom. Breathtaking view of the Bay from the specious front bedroom and the living room on the main level and upstairs room. We have everything you need to make your vacation a blast.

Everything in the unit was functional and worked as expected.Beach is excellent.Library provided excellent reading.Bicycle rental is within walking distance.Pinnacle Port Grill near the pool. Purchase a quick tasty lunch.Excellent areas for walking.Had a wonderful time.We would rent again.

Everything was great about the property. Everything was clean and looked like they had done some updates. Only thing holding it back from being perfect was the mattresses on the twin beds. I realize that adults are not the ones usually sleeping on the twin beds but in this car, I was. They could be upgraded. Everything else was great, everything you need is there. And owner was awesome with communication and check in process.

The condo was an excellent base of operations for our activities. Unfortunately, it was cold during our stay so beach activities were limited. The location of the beach was nice when we did get there. The pool was nice, but the room around the pool could have been warmer. The condo was easily accessed within the building and was not bothered by noises from other units. We enjoyed our trip and our only regret was the weather which is outside of anyone's control.

Very nice

The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything needed for relaxing vacation the staff and security were great wife loved the pool I liked the location away from all the business that cater to tourists the beach was not crowded which was nice I would recommend this location will definitely return

Great location

Lovely, comfortable condo, pictures represent it perfectly. Also a full size washer and dryer along with a few beach chairs. Lots of room for belongings, nice kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful visit at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!!!

spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Grandkids loved pool AND beach. Dolphins came and gave a show right in front of pinnacle port! Had trouble with plumbing drainage on last day.

August 2023 stay

overall very good. Needed more bath towels especially hand towels and washcloths. We had to wash some of the towels as hairs were found in them.Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Be aware there is a coffee pot but it is not for pods. A/C ran great. The washer and dryer are regular size which was great. Pool was fantastic had plenty of chairs available for use.

A beautiful place for a relaxing getaway. The home is immaculate and has every thing you need. The little beach area was a great place to sit and unwind. Overall, we truly enjoyed our short stay! Would have given 5 stars except that the boat lift was still out of the water, sitting on the grass right in the middle of the lake view. We had picked this place mostly for the lake view, so that was a bit of a downer. We contacted Tammy & she replied right away, explaining that the marina had been saying they'd have the lift installed for the previous 3 weeks. I just wish she'd shared that with us. Obviously out of her control, but would have been good to know before arriving. Also, the sliding screen door had a large rip in it which we did share with Tammy also. We loved the location - very close to several bars/restaurants. Would recommend as I'm sure the lift is in the water by now.
