Everything was great about the property. Everything was clean and looked like they had done some updates. Only thing holding it back from being perfect was the mattresses on the twin beds. I realize that adults are not the ones usually sleeping on the twin beds but in this car, I was. They could be upgraded. Everything else was great, everything you need is there. And owner was awesome with communication and check in process.

The condo was an excellent base of operations for our activities. Unfortunately, it was cold during our stay so beach activities were limited. The location of the beach was nice when we did get there. The pool was nice, but the room around the pool could have been warmer. The condo was easily accessed within the building and was not bothered by noises from other units. We enjoyed our trip and our only regret was the weather which is outside of anyone's control.

This unit has a great location but is over priced for what you get. It has not been maintained. Communication was great but it was not a comfortable unit. Bedroom with twin beds were hard as a rock with stained bedspread and sheets. The kitchen was fine with necessary items but again cabinets looked dirty. The shower would not drain upstairs. Told owner about issues and response was gracious but didn’t give feedback till end of vacation so not adjustments made or compensation

August 2023 stay

overall very good. Needed more bath towels especially hand towels and washcloths. We had to wash some of the towels as hairs were found in them.Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Be aware there is a coffee pot but it is not for pods. A/C ran great. The washer and dryer are regular size which was great. Pool was fantastic had plenty of chairs available for use.
