Filthy and nothing like the photos
My daughter, her fiancé and another young couple with a two year old and a combined total of 3 dogs were evacuated from Tampa from hurricane Ian. They could not check in early (one hour early) due to the cleaning service, which is understandable except that the place was filthy with used eye lashes, finger nails and hair in the shower. The property is located on a main road and only one side has a large fence, the rest of the property is a 4' chain link and it has a big hole so it wasn't secure for the pets. Additionally the shower rod was in the rub upon arrival (it was supposed to be screwed into the wall), there were no trash bags or cleaning products like advertised and all the cabinets were handeless and held closed by zip ties. There was a huge piece of wood sticking out of the futon bed and the bathroom had hair and toothpaste marks on mirror and the sink. It definitely had not been cleaned. I raised the concerns with the owner at check in and received no response. I even sent pictures to make sure I was not charged for damages. It was a disgrace. As a rental property owner myself I cannot imagine renting a property in that poor of a condition.
