Excellent location! 2-Bedroom penthouse condo
Penthouse located on the top floor of a 3 story building with comfortable wide stairs (no elevator). The parking area and condo have gates for privacy and security. It is ideally located downtown Cancun within 5 minute access to the main avenue Tulum that takes you to the airport and Riviera Maya as well as access to the Cancun hotel zone. It is walking distance from stores, restaurants, malls drugstores and banks.
Vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedroom. Condo faces the garden/pool area and a park. it is fully furnished: living room with sofa, loveseat and chair, dinning table for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen, work area, free WiFi (20 mbps speed), 2 TV's (one with Apple TV and free Netflix), laundry room with washer, dryer and gas water heater, 2 complete bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms. A/C in bedrooms and living/dinning area.

I lived many years in Cancun and bought this condo and lived there myself for many years. It still is my hideaway when I visit Cancun.
この宿泊施設の特徴
It's location is KEY! You can walk to malls, shops and restaurants; it is 5 min. drive to the entrance to the Cancun Hotel Zone, and 20 min. drive to the airport. Public transportation is easily accessible. The condo is in a gated community for added security, and it offers free parking and use of gate clicker during your stay.
