Overall cleanliness and condition of prooerty
The carpet had a significant amount of pet stains, the bathtubs were dirty, the bathroom vents had black mold on and coming out of them.
The unit smelled like something was dead in there.
My husband and I are now sick with upper respiratory issues.
We ended up letting the property manager know about the issues after the first night and sent pictures the next day, asking for a credit for 2/3 days, and he just wanted housekeeping to come. We responded letting him know that it would take more than housekeeping to fix the issues and asked again about a credit. No confirmation regarding this request.
We found a hotel that had a room available and booked that for the rest of our stay…2 nights.
Dishes for cooking were very limited.
The property was run down from the exterior of the units, to the trees, and the landscaping. They have a nature trail which we were excited about walking, and we saw the sign about entering at your own risk, not thinking that would be legitimate signage…the bridges had several weak spots on the wood, the pathway was broken away - original looked to be asphalt and gravel laid on the areas were the asphalt had broken or slid away from the other pieces. I would not recommend this property to anyone, as this is a health hazard.
