Enjoy your stay in this gorgeous villa with beautiful salt water canal views. Beautiful newly created office nook with views of the pool and canal. Three spacious bedrooms, one sleeper couch, fully equipped kitchen, high speed WIFI, heated pool overlooking the canal. Rent a boat and go on a little cruise or relax by the heated pool covered by a lanai. Cozy home in an upmarket neighborhood, only 30 minutes or less to Fort Myers and a short drive to Naples, Sanibel etc. A must see.

Perfect spring break

Perfect spring break trip with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool all week which was perfect temperature. The kids fished off the dock and caught several different fish. The neighbors were very nice and chatted when out. The road the house off of is a little busy but you cannot hear traffic inside the home or in the back. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Pelican is the place to stay

This home sits at the head of the canal with beautiful sunrises & lots of fish and turtles visiting. It has 3 bedrooms, hair dryers and curling irons in each bathroom along with soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. Beautifully decorated with a screened lanai and heated pool. Everything is here to make for a wonderful stay

Family Getaway

We have family that lives in Cape Coral we come to visit every July. It was so nice to be able to find a gorgeous home in such close proximity to them! This allowed my family to relax poolside enjoying the breathtaking canal views. The neighbors even offered to take my husband out fishing on their boat! I appreciate the quick responses from our host Vasudha (Sue) on any questions I had during our stay. This was the perfect family vacation for us! I hope to come back in the future. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool and patio are fabulous. The entire living room sliding doors open up to the pool. The owner is very attentive. Unfortunately our week there was cool and she turned up the heat in the pool for us remotely.

New years trip

The house was beautiful. The view was amazing! It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The heated pool could be warmer. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The house overall is very nice but could use some attention to detail. Also labeling switches in English would be helpful. There are cameras in the back overlooking the pool, which is a little unnerving thinking you or your daughter are being filmed in their swimsuit.(if that bothers you) All in all a good rental. Would definitely recommend if they replace the mattresses.
