Not what I expected
Do not park in front of place. The owner has a septic tank right in front of the place. If you have a vehicle the size of a F150 or bigger. The only person to park there is you. No guest. You will have to go and pick them up and bring them over. The front door is all glass with a white sheer curtain.. If you don't put something else over the door at night. You will have no privacy The lake is over 200 yards away. The dock is flimsy and there is no place to fish from shore. After your walk throw the owners back yard to the gate. It is all woods and mosquitoes. All the pictures of the cottage is true. Except what is around the cottage. The VRBO what you to wash any kitchen item you use, but there is no dish detergent. The road to the places is very narrow. Colony Rd is so narrow. Only one vehicle can be on it at a time and then people do not like it if you turn around in their yard.
