Furnished and equipped apartment for 2/4 people with balcony overlooking the sea. Secure swimming pool open in the summer season. Parking space. Located on the first floor without elevator.
Residence in a quiet green setting and close to shops and the beach, the apartment is composed of a main room with convertible sofa, television and equipped kitchen area: Top refrigerator, microwave, microwave. A bathroom with toilet as well as a cabin area with two bunk beds.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. The collective swimming pool open from June 1 to September 30.
Shops, food outlets, restaurants are located 900 m away.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
The tourist tax is extra.

The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
