We had a 3 week stay. The resort was dated, but clean. Our a/c stopped working 4 days prior to our departure-things happen, but apparently this is an issue at this location.

Everything was perfect!

Had to neotiate a bit with dates because we had an odd day in our travel. We decided to change to Sat-Sat vs Sat-Sun and then everything was smooth from there. :) If there is a resort involved with your VRBO, make sure you get confirmation from the resort as well as the property owner to ensure everyone is in sync with your rental. Happy Trails!

Nice space… beautiful beach.

We liked our unit. It had all that we needed. The beach was lovely. Enjoyed our walks to restaurants and down the beach. Pool Bar was lively and fun.

Spring break

Spent several days here with a couple teens. Great proximity to beach right across the street. Resort has several pool a couple hot tubs an outdoor bar a sm spot to grab coffee etc in morning. Condo was nicely appointed with 3 TVs and full kitchen. Everything was clean. Good location with easy access to restaurants and the pier Would have preferred to not have anyone asking us to attend the “90-min time share presentation” though

Nice family resort!

Instead of owning a timeshare, I rented with VRBO. It was great for a family get together. I was glad there was one warm pool, and several other cool pools. Condo was well equipped and management was helpful. Checkout was easy. I wasn’t asked to do clean-up which was nice!

Makes for a great family vacation with much needed sunshine!

We had the best time staying here. It is a very large property so it is simply luck of the draw with getting a place closer to the beach and tiki bar pool, but that is the only partial complaint that I have. It was a short walk to all of the great amenities like so many pools, grills, private beach, and even sister properties that were available to us. Free rides with Circuit all over Pompano Beach was a HUGE deal and allowed us to explore so much more than the already fabulous property we had immediate access to. The lobby staff were very helpful, anything you need will be brought to your room by house cleaning, and the bar tenders at the Tiki bar were so kind and fun. Everyone here was so kind. Thank you so much for having us.

Sea Gardens

Check in was fine unit ready by 4:00. I had talked with the man renting the property and told him I wanted a room in the tower building he said it was but it wasn’t. We was in the north waterfall building in a lock off which he said it was but the air conditioning was not working in the big part of the room. It was off but fixed in 48 hours. The hot tubs were only hot 1 day of our week stay. We also did not have water for a day. I know things happen but we felt we paid alot of money for just so so accommodations and then the amenities not working. The weather was not the greatest that week a hot tub would have been great.
