The suite also has a private bathroom that's equipped with sink, shower, towels, and toiletries. A perfect all-in-one listing for home working, work trips, or student residences. The front door entrance, downstairs living room and hallway are public shared. Free parking spaces on street.

House Rules:
-No access to the kitchen/laundry/garage parking.
-No smoking/vaping/partying in the house.
-Quiet hours are from 8 am to 8 pm daily, and no loud noises are allowed.
-Public spaces have 24/7 monitoring system.
-Need to throw trash daily to avoid food waste or attract insects.
[A fine of $300 will apply to each violation.]
