Bright and welcoming newly built 2nd story apt in Midtown Coeur d' Alene. Comfortable, clean, and modern. Best suited for 4 guests, including the bunk bed. Near grocery and a short 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to downtown CDA, including the CDA Resort, city beach and park, many popular restaurants, coffee shops, and specialty shops. Enjoy the many outdoor activities Coeur d' Alene and the surrounding areas provide like golfing, swimming, skiing, hiking, shopping, and historical Wallace. It was a clean and comfortable setting with a coffee shop below the apartment. It is very convenient to get to downtown Coeur d'Alene.

A Perfect Place to Stay

Outstanding!

My best friend and I stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved the apartment! It was modern and immaculate and loved the coffee shop located below. The location was near everything..... Downtown, Midtown, restaurants and grocery stores. This place is a gem!

Visiting Family

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was modern & had everything we needed. We did have to contact the owner about a sink that wasn't draining and they came out & addressed it the same day. The property was close to everything we needed. Cameron was very accommodating & kind. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Drove over to Collingsworth family concert. Great stay. comfortable beds and super clean. Would definetly stay there again. No big deal but couldn't get either tv to work?

Awesome place to stay!!

We had the best time here. So clean and the coffee shop downstairs was amazing!! The owners of the rental and coffee shop were so friendly and even surprised us with a free scone. We would definitely stay here again!!

Easy in and out loft-midtown

We had a nice stay at the loft. Good rest and close enough to everything you need, not far from town and lake but also close to highway. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Condo in a great location

My family of 5 stayed here, and the kids loved it. Plenty of room for us with comfortable beds, and a great location. Only bummer was that the coffee shop below wasn't open on Sunday. Outside of that, would definitely stay here again.
