Cute and cozy

It was mostly as advertised, small cozy space. Hosts were very prompt in response to any questions we had. Also worked with us multiple times on extending our stay on several occasions

Not as depicted

We had high hopes for this location mainly because of the location and my sister would be able to bring her dog. We were very disappointed. First, I had to remind them to send me the door code. When you walk into the property, you step over the threshold and down into the entry. Two bedrooms but one has a giant hot tub in it that you are not allowed to use. My sister ended up not bringing her dog and I recommend nobody does. There are too many areas that are ‘open’ (heater, bathroom, etc) where her dog could have gotten hurt. The couch was scary to sit on as it was very dirty. The recliner chair was nice and comfortable. There is an air fryer you can use if you are tall enough to reach the very top of the kitchen cabinet. The bathroom needs some serious updating. We were asked to take the trash bin to the end of the driveway and we did do that but we ended up leaving it to the side of the driveway because it would have fallen over on the sloped end. Also, there weee additional trash bags that were sitting on the ground that would not fit in bin. There is a TV in the one remaining bedroom but you can’t plug it in because of the other electronics that are plugged in. The electrical outlets, in the master bedroom, were not working when we woke up on Saturday morning. The bed was quite comfortable. Overall, the e won’t be staying here again. Loved the neighborhood except for all the cars parked along the street. Made it hard to get out of the sloped driveway.

Cute Captain’ Cove

The Captain’s Cove is appropriately named! It’s a cute little 1 bedroom, 1 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s decorated with an anchor, lighthouse and seashells. It’s perfect for a couple and would be tight for a family with children. There is a fenced backyard that would be perfect for most medium to large furbabies. Small ones, like ours, could get out. The bed is very comfortable. It’s against the wall on one side so whoever sleeps on that side must crawl out toward the foot if you have to get up while your spouse is sleeping. For that reason, I would recommend a younger or more agile person than me sleep there! The house is well stocked with necessary items and has a cute little sitting room perfect for quiet time. Television works great on the game show channel. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend stay

Very cute, cozy place. Close to McKennan Park and easy to access. We had everything we needed. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and it was perfect with a fenced backyard and nice safe neighborhood to walk in. Would stay again!

Simple and Great

We had a great time in Sioux Falls. The house was close in proximity of downtown, multiple breweries, and good food. The house was simple with a nice tv in the bedroom and the living room, and the appliances were in great conditions.
