Modern studio loft styled home perfect for single, couple, or group trips. Large open living & kitchen area with a master suite with a full bathroom, half bath & laundry on the main level. Loft with family room & office space, 2nd story deck, plus 2 more bedrooms, infrared sauna, & a large bathroom on the second level. Very nice & private main level deck & fenced in patio area with a hot tub & space for outdoor dining, Walking distance to Harmadon Park & a popular SF bar & grill. Approximately 7-13 minute drive or ride to downtown Sioux Falls and only minutes drive from Brandon, Harrisburg & Tea.

Corey was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us! Property was super clean and very well stocked. We especially loved the large,comfy sofa. It was most definitely one of the nicest rental properties where we’ve had the pleasure of staying. Highly recommend!!! Hope to stay here again in the future !

Everything about our stay was amazing. This place is just beautiful, and it was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while we were there. Corey, our host, was great; easy to get ahold of if we needed to. The place is located in a nice, quiet area, which we truly enjoyed, as we were looking for a great place to have some downtime. Hot tub was amazing, great way to spend the weekend! Would highly recommend checking this place out. If it's available for our next Girls' Weekend, we will stay again.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Sioux Falls with an easy drive to anything you want to do in the city. The sauna and hot tub were great additions to a relaxing weekend and Corey was great to work with.

Excellent relaxing home

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. It's a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Check in was easy and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a rejuvenating weekend!

Dance competition weekend

We stayed overnight for a dance competition and it was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect and the hot tub kept the kids and adults entertained for the down time!

Just what we needed! Our family (my wife, myself, my teenage son and mother-in-law), was in town from out of state for my daughter's college graduation. We needed 3 bedrooms and space to socialize. This property worked out perfectly. So much more convenient than a hotel. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations.
