Mountainside Getaway at Deer Park Resort

The perfect 2 bed 2 bath condo for your winter getaway! Only 1.5 miles from The Ice Castles and less than 4 miles from Loon Mountain, Deer Park Resort is a gem tucked away in the White Mountains! There is a shuttle bus to and from Loon on weekends during the ski season, and you'll have access to the ice skating rink and the recreation building with saunas, gym, game rooms, etc. Within walking distance of Downton Lincoln and Woodstock while surrounded by mountains and the Pemi River - this location is tough to beat.
*The Loon Mountain Shuttle will be operating on weekends and holidays during the 22/23 ski season! The shuttle has multiple stops in the Deer Park Association. Let us know of any questions you have pertaining to the shuttle!*

Quick overnight stay

We would stay here again, especially if we had more time to enjoy the recreational facilities—great location for flying into Manchester and visiting the White Mountains.

Great for families

Stayed here to ski Loon with the family. Perfect for our needs. Wished we had more time to take advantage of the whole resort property!

Nice place for a white mountain vacation

We enjoyed our stay, this condo had all the essentials and a good location. Deer park has lots of amenities to take advantage of. They do a great job clearing snow. The ice rink was kept clear of snow as well.. We stayed for a ski trip but I imagine the summer would be just as nice.

Great condo awesome amenities

The Condo felt like a hotel suite, very clean with everything you need and nothing you don't. Check in and check out was easy with the front desk. Location is right off of 93 and the property is sprawling. My kids (7 and 10) enjoyed exploring the river; swimming in the pond and indoor pool. The game room was another big hit. We were impressesd with how much there was to do right on the property. pond,
