The space
The property is rural, mostly quiet, pet friendly - a gated deck and small area for dogs. The rooms are small - it's a tiny house. A cozy gas fireplace. Everything you need to cook or bake. A good size deck with seating and a BBQ grill. Enjoy a beverage of your choice and watch the hummingbirds visit.

Guest have use of the whole house and yard.
Other things to note
There is a boat launch about two minutes from the house. Konocti harbor resort & spa has a launch, gas, boat slips and EV charging stations. The resort has a pool and summer entertainment.
