New room with private bath, exclusively for guests. Five minutes to Fairchild AFB or Medical Lake for groceries or gas.

Mini goats on site, behind the garage, and we're happy to escort you to pet them. Careful of the electric fence!

Hosts available for questions but we respect your space. Plenty of parking and no stairs, perfect for older guests. We do have trains nearby but neighbors are quiet and respectful. Excellent view for plane watchers. Spectacular sunsets viewed from the wide front porch.

Clean sheets, sparkling bathroom, UV air purifier, personal AC and heat. Absolutely no smoking on the property.

Wildlife is present on the property, and there are seasonal bugs such as mosquitos, etc. In consideration of the local organic farmers, we keep spraying minimal and bee friendly.

Exactly as described.

The hosts are friendly, their house is new and the room and bath had its own entrance, was immaculate and nicely appointed. We were in the area for a family reunion in Spokane and after checking the hotel/motel rates and reviews decided to also look into the VRBO listings. It turned out to be a perfect fit.

Awkwardly Uncomfortable

The place smelled. Dogs barking all morning long as we tried sleeping. It wasn't stated that you could ONLY watch tv with headphones, anytime of the day. Not to mention that only 1 person could apparently utilize the tv because only one pair availablefor use. It was just a wierd setup, so much that my partner and I decided not to stay the second night and went home early. Should have spent the money on a hotel.

We're high school sweethearts who've been married since 1993. We were born in Alaska and moved to WA in our 30's because the wife was tired of seven month winters. John is retired ANG, where he served as a mechanic and an air refueler. He currently works as a supervisor, but we're thinking of expanding the bnb business.
