Within a 15-25 minute walk, you can climb a hill to take in a panoramic view of Boston.
Several lakes and parks are within a 5- to 10-minute drive, offering a variety of recreational activities. With convenient transportation and comfortable living, this is an ideal choice for vacation or business travel. Only one block to Laundromat. Closed to Boston downtown MIT and Harvard square. The property is for not smoking, not event, for one person only . Share bathrooms and kitchen Check in after 4pm, check out 11am. Please ask for details, thank you

The owner greeted me and showed the rooms, the bathroom was shared, which was not mentioned in the description. When I mentioned that, he allowed me to use the tiny bathroom downstairs. The shower is good and hot.- The room is a good size, bright. The house is close to an intersection with traffic light, so you hear day and night a lot of traffic. The kitchen is a very good size with a good gas stove, some brand new, unwrapped equipment. - I did not now like the smell of the cheap, waterproof paint,- and 3 times a day the smell of fried food in old oil.- There are no pictures, no flowers, very functional, if you stay overnight or for 2-3 days it my be ok.

Super Basic Accomodation

This place is cheap, but you get what you pay for when it is the absolute bare minimum in terms of accommodation. The kitchen doesn't even have plates or utensils. The bathroom doesn't have a towel (you have to use the single one provided to you) and you only get 1 pillow. Location is great, Malden is a very nice neighborhood and the location's property to a subway stop is great for getting to the city.
