Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. The flat is located in the historic centre of Perpignan, in the pedestrian area of Saint-Jean. A Carrefour City is just 50 metres away and it is ideally located close to all amenities. Villa Pams and Casa Xanxo, two of the city's tourist attractions, are just 50 metres away. The entire city centre is within walking distance. The Place de la République, 200 metres away, hosts an organic market every Saturday morning. It is also a popular spot for Perpignan locals to enjoy a coffee or a meal.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Vieilledent and Hachette car parks (free at night) 500 m away. The Arago car park is also 500 m away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes-Méditerranée, 7.5 km away
- You can take the free ‘P'tit Bus’ shuttle bus from the station. This shuttle serves most of the city's sites and has a stop just 100 metres from the flat, on Place Rigaud.
