A lovingly furnished flat designed to welcome those looking for peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing or work (fast internet: fibre).
The rooms are spacious and open onto a perimeter garden with a splendid view over the valley (garden furniture is available).
Located at the top of Vitinia (Roma IX), it is a place of rest and relaxation for nature lovers.
Local shops (supermarket, restaurants, tavole calde, chemists, tobacconist, etc.) make your stay pleasant and easy.

You'll be 15 minutes from the centre of Rome and Ostia Antica (with the Metromare), not far from the IFO hospital and the Trigoria Biomedical Campus, and 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport if you come by taxi.

The flat measures approximately 70 m2 and consists of a living room overlooking the small communal garden, a large double bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine.
It can accommodate a couple and has a sofa bed in the living room for an extra person or two, if required.

It is important to point out that Italian law requires owners to register travellers on an official website of the state police (presentation of an identity document for each guest at check-in).

You will also have to pay a tourist tax of €6 per person per day for the first 10 days of your stay (children under 10 do not pay). You will be asked to pay this when you arrive, and will receive a receipt for it from the Rome town hall.

Finally, as check-in is done with a person on site, we must agree the entry conditions in advance.
