Sun Kiss! Direct Pool access, W/D, Dogs Welcome

The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated a hot tub and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower.
Are you longing for a kiss from the sun on a balmy beach vacation? Sun Kiss condo will accommodate your tropical dreams perfectly. This newly remodeled rental brings the sunny breezes of the beach inside and features a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a queen in the loft, with a privacy room for the bunk beds. Cozily nestled in the Maravilla Resort Condo community, this bright seaside condo features 2 Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to three shared pools and a hot tub. You are literally steps away from the main resort pool then hot tub and then the beach entry pool. A quick stroll across the street finds you in the sandy paradise that is Galveston beach! Search for shells and beach glass, build sandcastles, or just let the waves lull you to sleep on your beach lounger. Take in the many attractions such as Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn or Pleasure Pier. If the salty air has whet your appetite there are abundant restaurants with world famous reputations to satisfy your hunger... Gaido's, Rudy and Paco's, Mama Theresa's Flying Pizza, Katie's , Willie G.'s are our favorites but there are too many more to name! After dining you can meander through the Strand area and shop til you drop. Don't forget the many historical places of interest Galveston offers such as The Galvez, The Bishop's Palace, The Bryan Museum, or The Elissa (tall ship) museum. Sun Kiss condo will be your best vacation location.

A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

To note: As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
