This luxurious 10 bedroom, 9 bathroom home is located in Branson, Missouri, and can accommodate up to 27 guests. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Ozark Mountains from the two balconys and relax in the spacious living room with a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. Family Vacation

Beautiful house. Good location. Great place to visit with family. Issues that need to be checked-2 beds had no top sheet, 1 comforter had a big stain on the inside. We were able to wash it & got the stain out. Only 1 dish towel so we bought more. Needed more towels because the towels were scattered, ie there were 6 in one bathroom, 2 in another etc. ice maker in 1 fridge broken.

Family Reunion

The unit was very clean and very spacious with ample room to move about. 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms were ideal for the size of our family. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect spot to getaway

Amazing house with great location! So much space for lots of friends to gather! Very clean and had enough bedrooms to fit all of our needs. We spent the weekend outdoors on the decks which provided ample space for our large group. Location was great as it was close to a marina where we rented a boat. Highly recommend this house and will be booking again if we stay in Branson!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for our family Christmas. It was wonderful!! The home had an easy check-in and check-out process, and the rental host was easy to deal with. The rooms were clean and very accommodating for our family of 12 adults and 14 children. We had a great time in this home and will consider renting again if we come back to the area. The only suggestions I have to make is that potholders be available for use and a couple more kitchen towels added to the kitchen inventory. Also, the grill had no lp gas in the tank so we had to go fill it ourselves.

Brother- Sisters get together.

What a wonderful time and place! We all had our own bedroom suites and attached bathrooms. The kitchen was fantastic with 2 each refrigerators and dishwashers. Favorite gathering place was main floor deck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset Rentals was great to work with. Any questions we had were answered promptly and to our satisfaction. The house was great and had plenty of room for our large family of over 25. Also, the location was great because it was close to everything. There are also 3 fridges,2 dishwashers and 2 sets of washers and dryers. The only negative thing I have to say about the place is there weren't enough pots and pans for our large group, but we were able to manage. I would definitely rent this place again if we were taking another trip to Branson. My whole family was very happy with this rental. :)

Family Vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. I only had a couple of complaints well not really complaints. I went to restroom in my bedroom and the tissue holder fell off the wall. Then I like to be cold when sleeping and I couldn’t get there but everyone else was fine with the temperatures. Also the mattress was not to my liking but all in all it was an excellent stay. Everyone was satisfied and had enough room to spread out.
