This 10-Bedroom lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation - GREAT LOCATION close to water access, 20 mins to Silver Dollar City, PANORAMIC LAKE VIEWS with Kimberling City Bridge, tons of space, GAME ROOM (ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade, checkers, HOT TUB, outdoor FIRE PIT, indoor FIREPLACE, kids bunk room, and a very well-stocked kitchen.

Nestled in the Ozark Hills, the lodge is located in WIlderness Mountain praised for its best-in-class communal amenities. Indoor and Outdoor pools, lazy river, playground, basketball and pickle ball courts. Private and community fire pit. Lake access for swimming/fishing/playing. A short drive to Eureka Springs and downtown Branson.

-Community OUTDOOR pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may remain open longer pending weather.
-Community HEATED INDOOR pools are available year-round!
-Community Playgrounds are available for use!
-Nearest BOAT LAUNCHES are "What's Up Doc?" Marina and Port of Kimberling Marina, approximately 3.5 miles away.
-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).
-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.
The Sundowner Lodge has everything you need! Enjoy panoramic lake views and an extremely well furnished, curated experience at our lodge.

It is a wonderful and comfortable property. We really appreciate that the owner provided table settings for children and a high chair. The property is extremely clean and well cared for. there are so many extra little touches, like stepstools for children to reach the sink, noise machines for each of the rooms and even the fire pit. We are here at the Christmas season, and we were greeted with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, stockings over the fireplace, and wreaths on the windows. I highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect for our large group. The kitchen had two ovens and refrigerators, which was needed. We never felt cramped and the bedrooms were a great size as well. We would stay here again.

Perfection!

This property was amazing! My family of 24, fit perfectly in this space. It was close to everything that we needed in Kimberling city, yet We still felt like we were on a private resort. The pool accommodations were above our expectations! The checkout was very simple and made it easy and manageable on the morning of check out. However, the book binder provided was a little outdated for checkout instructions. The app said check out was at 11 and it really is at 10. No big deal, just a minor detail. David and Angela were very attentive and responsive when we needed to be in contact with them. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Lake Weekend

Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and pickleball courts. The house was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen worked out great with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 stoves. The location is beautiful and offers nice views of the lake. We spent a lot of time out on the deck and had ample seating there. We would not hesitate to book it again for future get together. Host was very responsive.

The Sundowner Lodge was an absolutely incredible stay and I can't recommend it enough for you and your family to stay here. Tons of space, impeccably clean, and plenty of activities for everyone. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet and seating space which was great for our large group. We used the hot tub every day, swam in the indoor pools, played games, and watched movies in the comfy theater room. But, best of all - THE VIEW!!! Absolutely incredible panoramic view of the lake. We will be back to enjoy this place in the summer time and definitely want to experience the lazy river / outdoor pool! One last note, the hosts were incredible and very responsive. A+!!!

Fantastic Experience

This home is the perfect balance of being able to accommodate a large crowd, but still allow for a cozy feel if desired. There is more than enough space to keep everyone entertained. The video games, pool table, and wall games are a great addition. Angela made the booking, check in, and check out process extremely simple. We will definitely be staying at this home when we visit Branson again. Highly recommend.

One of our FAVORITE VRBO's! We'll be back...

The views from the hot tub were absolutely incredible. Large TV's in every room. A huge TV (with an amazing sound bar) in the lower level for watching movies and sports. The game room had a variety of games so there was plenty to do for the times we were hanging at the house. There was plenty of room for seating for everyone. It was spotless and was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. They literally thought of everything. They even had sound machines in each room! Beds were extremely comfortable. The communication was incredibly fast and detailed - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Christmas Trip

House was great with lots of room for our group of 28. Amenities to comfortably accommodate large groups for meals etcetera. TV’s weren’t super easy to operate, connect to streaming services, internet was great when skies were clear. If they added a three ring binder with information regarding local things of interest, distances etcetera that’d be awesome. Highly recommend.

Great location for multiple couples!

PROS: This property was perfect for our family. We loved that it had king beds and private baths in so many rooms! Also loved that it had such ample seating in the living area - many condos lack this!! Also loved the kitchen setup and dual refrigerators. We celebrated Christmas while there, and loved that they had a nice tree setup. Loved the game area with the ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade and board games. Great for the kids! When we arrived the wifi password would not work, but the owner was quick to respond and sent us the correct password. The mattresses were on the firm side, but most of us preferred that, so it was a pro for us. But something to note for people who enjoy plush mattresses. CONS: All of our teenagers who used the hot tub were diagnosed with "hot tub rash" after our stay, which results from bacteria in the water due to improper treatment. We let the property owner know and they said the water is treated between each stay, but that they would empty and thoroughly clean before the next stay. I'm guessing the responsibility for proper treatment between stays lies with the maids, so hopefully the owners will ensure they are doing a proper job moving forward. Beyond that there were no other cons!

Christmas Vacation

The property is in a newer community of nightly rentals. Most units are very close to each other, but our rental was exactly as advertised with some extras. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. This property will be rented most of the year! Catch it if you can!
