Excellent stay!

Marc is a wonderful and attentive host. We rented his apartment for a month to recuperate from a kidney transplant. The apartment was clean, safe, tastefully decorated and within one mile of the medical center. It was a quiet, comfortable place to recuperate. We would book this stay again without any hesitation. Thanks again Marc!

Mac helped instantly nicely with all questions I had. Nice apt with easy access to shopping and medical center. Highly recommended!

Minor Hiccups but Overall Good Stay

To begin, we had a minor issue with the key being missing when we went to retrieve the key from the storage box. This was due to the previous tenants placing it into the wrong box. It took about 15 mins to get it sorted out with the owner and the storage box customer service. Once we finally got in the place, there was a strong bleach smell in the whole apartment that we had to open all the doors and windows to have it air out. We had issues with the tub and kitchen sink be clogged. The garbage disposal was not working. Besides the minor issues above, everyone liked the apartment and stay. It was close to NRG stadium (15 min walk) where we went to attend a game. Owner was very responsive when we had questions and issues. Would love to stay here again. Recommendation, ease up on the bleach. The odor was very strong when we entered. Maybe try a unscented cleaner. Overall it was a clean place and safe place to stay.

Same Day Cancellation

I called when I arrived to get check in information only to be told there was no record of my reservation. After sending my confirmation the host apologized and canceled. I then spent more of my trip time looking for a last minute hotel for my family and I.
